And here we are, finally, it's Christmas! 🎁🎄🎅

 

Thank you so much for sharing this year with us! It has been a year of many things for each of us, and we got to share a part of this year with each other. We have thoroughly enjoyed doing what we do for love, with love, for you.

 

Our biggest success has been making it through the past two years. We have recently reached our 5th Birthday🎂, another momentous success! We celebrate an amazing wholesome extremely talented and joyful team who are dedicated wholeheartedly in offering the very best of their skills to you. We are now an award-winning business🎉, winning Best Salon in Warwickshire 2021 in the UK Salon Awards🏆, thousands of salon businesses entered, the application was tough, taking four whole days to produce. We now house an Aveda Pure Colour Master, the highest credited qualification in specialist hair colouring Aveda can produce🎨. We currently offer the world's most powerful naturally derived, Vegan in-salon hair repair treatment. Botanical Repair, winning awards all round with two patents pending, the only treatment able to repair all three layers of the hair making hair up-to 5X stronger 💪 which performs better than synthetic rivals. And we have more coming in 2022!

 

Some things to watch out for in the New Year at ILLUMI in 2022 are:

 

A global price increase across Hair & Beauty from February 1st is happening. Although we have changed the way we charge with hair colouring services since we have opened, and added a new Hair Artist pricing tier structure, we have not increased our prices since we have opened during the past five years in Hair & Beauty. So, to keep us in-line with the annual price increases we have had across the board in professional stock and business expenses, this is essential for us now. We will continue to adjust our prices annually to cater for inflation and to reflect necessary advancements in the qualifications and skillset of our team. We have a variety of qualified team to chose from to suit you, so there is someone for everyone.

 

From the 1st of February we will be adding an additional charge for all Hair Cutting services which take a longer time than the average time we have to work our scissor magic on your hairs for a haircutting service. All our services have always been advertised as starting ‘From'. We must move forward and align with a fair pricing system for all of our Guests, this will look similar to how we already charge for bespoke hair colouring services. It's also a necessary step we must take. Many salon businesses have rigid appointment timings, this means that when an appointment time is coming to an end, the professional has to behave less than professional, taking shortcuts and diminishing their standards often hugely, to finish the appointment on time. We will NEVER do this! We are true professional Artists. And so respectfully this change will reflect the standards we produce. We understand this may be a jump in price for some of you, we will do whatever we can so that you continue to choose us as your Aveda Artists. If needed, to help, we recommend that you consider reducing the number of haircut visits you have with us annually, and we will tailor our cutting services to the needs of your hair to suit keeping timings minimal and necessary.

When you recommend a friend or family member to your favourite Hair or Beauty Artist, if their 1st appointment with us is within six weeks of your last visit, we'll send you out a lovely 25% OFF Voucher to say a BIG Thank You! This is redeemable against your next Haircut or Beauty Treatment at ILLUMI. Remember to ask your fabulous friend who you refer, to tell us it was YOU who recommended us! And let them know they will enjoy 25% OFF their 1st haircut as well!

We are open between Christmas from the 27th of Dec to 31st of Dec 2021. And we reopen our chairs and couches from the 7th of Jan 2022. We will all be taking a much-needed break to restore and rejuvenate. We hope you get some rest too.
