To you, wonderful Soul, the government has set a date where salons can reopen, the 12th of April, and this is what we are working with. We are delighted to say that we are beginning the process of reopening and getting people booked in for their long-awaited appointments. If you had an appointment booked in during the time that we have been closed, expect a call from one of the team over the coming weeks to get you rebooked. The call may not be from the ILLUMI landline phone number. Our online booking system is temporarily offline, any appointments which have been booked online during our current closure in preparation for our reopening may need to be changed. If you want an appointment and did not have one already booked, please let us know by email, leaving a message on our answering phone, or by messaging us on our social media platforms. We are currently waiting for confirmation from Aveda to see if there needs to be any necessary changes to our tint skin allergy testing policy. We should have this information by the time you receive your call from us. A new skin test may be needed 48hrs before your next colour service. It is better to be safe than sorry. Please be patient and bear with us, we have a lot to arrange, you will certainly be able to get an appointment with us. 

 

Our Spa Therapists also have their rebooking system in place and will be contacting you direct soon.

 

Our family has grown again, we have a new Master Stylist joining. Mikki is a true hair guru also specialising in hair up styles and wedding hair, she cannot wait to meet you all. Having Mikki joining us now means that we can also see you for your long-awaited hair appointment sooner. Due to the unusual patterns of closure, we have experienced during the past twelve months, all expiry dates on vouchers purchased between the 1st of August 2020 and 11th of April 2021 will have an extension added and can be used up to the end of 31st of August 2021 so that no-one misses out on their wonderful gift.
